Social Media Internship Overview

In the summer of 2021, I worked with LA CityView 35’s social media team as an intern. My primary task was content creation for LA CityView Twitter and Facebook accounts and the City of Los Angeles’ Twitter and Facebook accounts. Throughout my internship, I shadowed a multitude of employees with different roles, such as a public relations specialist and a digital marketing specialist. I underwent Hootsuite training and insights training for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Below are examples of content I created that we posted to our social media.
