Social Media Manager and Creative Content Developer

One of my life’s passions is mental health awareness and advocacy. At UNC, we have a chapter of Active Minds, a national nonprofit organization with mental health advocacy at the core of its mission. From fall 2021 to spring 2022, I served as Publicity Chair. Through this role, I led the publicity team in promoting our events centered around mental health on campus to broadcast our message, primarily through developing creative content for Instagram and for flyers using Canva. During my time in Active Minds, I organized and led an initiative to reach out to our entire campus by distributing letters and messages of kindness and inspiration, and I documented this on Instagram.
